Born from Mosaic. Built for Munchkins. Growing Together.

At Kindred, we cultivate a connected community where children are known, valued, and supported as they grow. Through trusting relationships, inclusive practices, and individualized learning, we honor each child’s journey and celebrate growth as a lifelong process.

(6 weeks–18 months)

A nurturing, relationship-centered environment where infants are supported through responsive care, secure attachments, and individualized routines. Learning unfolds through gentle exploration, sensory experiences, and meaningful connection, honoring each child’s unique pace of growth.

(19–30 months)

Bloomers supports toddlers as they build independence, communication, and confidence through hands-on, play-based learning. Strong relationships and consistent routines create a safe space where big feelings, curiosity, and mistakes are welcomed as part of learning.

(31 months–School-Age)

Starlings is a play-based preschool program where children are encouraged to think, question, and grow as capable learners. Learning is individualized and rooted in relationships, with an emphasis on social-emotional development, problem-solving, and celebrating effort over perfection.

Wayfinders | School-Age

Wayfinders offers flexible before- and after-school care, full-day care on non-school days, and academic support in a relationship-driven setting. The program includes an on-site learning hub for K–2 students in partnership with Oregon Charter Academy, supporting independence, collaboration, and continued growth beyond the school day.

Kindred Connect | On-Site Before & After School Program

Kindred partners with schools and community organizations to design and operate on-site programs that extend care beyond the school day. Our school-based and after-school models are grounded in responsive relationships, inclusive practice, and strong collaboration with school leadership and families.

We are currently in the planning and contracting phase for a school-based after-school program with Eagle Charter School, with additional partnerships in development.

Get to know us

Once upon a playdate, two cozy in-home programs—each humming with tiny triumphs, bedtime stories, and snack-time science—decided to join forces and dream bigger. That spark grew into Kindred Learning Center: a warm, bustling place where school feels like a home away from home and every arrival is greeted like a favorite neighbor. Families mingle, children explore with curious, sticky-fingered joy, and staff become the grown-up friends who cheer the loudest at every discovery. We treasure the special gifts each child, family, and team member brings—quirks, talents, and all—because it’s those unique contributions that stitch together our spirited, inclusive family. Here, we’ll learn, laugh, and grow side by side for many years to come.
